Retirement Plan

A Profit Sharing Plan, including a 401(k) Savings Plan is offered after one year of service and 1000 hours of work. The contribution to this plan is determined by company performance that year. In addtion, Triple L offers a generous retention match to the 401(k) Savings Plan.

Bonuses and Salary Increases

All salaried employees are reviewed annually. Bonuses and salary increases are considered based on employee and company performance, with bonuses available to all our employees.

Health Care Plan

Triple L provides health care coverage to employees and eligible dependents.

Life Insurance and Disability Insurance

Coverage starts on the hire date.


40 hours of vacation are given after one full year, 80 hours of vacation after two years, and 120 hours after five years.


A minimum of six holidays plus the day after Thanksgiving are observed.
